For clients hoping for an NFP experience with more instructor involvement. This level offers the most instructor support and information for a variety of clients and situations.
- Choice of one 2-hr introductory session covering regular cycle instruction and the postpartum/breastfeeding transition OR this can be divided into two 1-hr sessions.
